Further, by submitting this application, you confirm that the applicant(s) has consented to: the collection, use and disclosure of personal information for the purposes of credit adjudication by CDL Capital Limited and its funders and to enable CDL Capital Limited and its assignees to provide leasing services; and consent to CDL Capital Limited and its funders obtaining information relating to you from credit reporting agencies in connection with this application.
If your application is approved, you authorize us to collect, hold, use exchange and secure the assets being financed, or as required or permitted by law. You also authorize us to use your personal information for internal statistical analysis purposes. We will keep a file containing some or all of your personal information at our Head Office location from time to time. You have a general right to access and rectify the personal information in this file by making an email request to us, Attention Privacy Office.
